Founder
Tejiri “TJ” Okagbare founded Tantic Solutions as a dedicated IT and service professional with over three years of experience supporting enterprise systems, managing technical operations, and improving customer service performance. His career spans roles in IT support, Wi‑Fi troubleshooting, service desk analysis, and technical advising, alongside extensive work in customer service and client relations. This unique blend of technical expertise and people‑focused communication allows him to deliver solutions that are both reliable and client‑friendly.
TJ has worked across four countries — Cyprus, Nigeria, the UK, and now Canada, supporting enterprise environments, small businesses, and service teams. He has been instrumental in improving ticketing systems and Wi‑Fi infrastructure for multi‑site organizations, while leading service improvement initiatives that reduced downtime and enhanced client satisfaction. His experience across industries such as telecommunications, professional services, and automotive technology gives him a broad perspective on how technology impacts everyday business.
Academically, TJ holds a Master’s in Mechatronics and Intelligent Machines and a Bachelor’s in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, equipping him with the technical depth to solve complex challenges.
